Join us on Sunday October 27th at The Cottage (next door to ESCC’s cafe) for a special children’s story time. The event will begin at 10:30am with a reading from Heather Preusser’s new book, followed by a scavenger hunt!

Heather Preusser is the author of the forthcoming HEDGEHOG WHODUNIT chapter book series about a sleepy hedgehog and tireless rat solving animal antics in City Zoo, illustrated by Gal Weizman and published by Andrews McMeel beginning in October 2024. Her picture book, A SYMPHONY OF COWBELLS, illustrated by Eileen Ryan Ewen, was released by Sleeping Bear Press in 2017. When she’s not teaching high school English, Heather and her son visit local fairy gardens and marvel at construction vehicles. She and her family live in Lafayette, Colorado.
